Godwin joins real estate profession...

Although Hal Godwin has retired with more than 30 years experience as a psychologist, professor and vice-president at the University of Idaho, he is anything but retired when it comes to his real estate career.

A top-notch communicator, Hal knows management, marketing and public relations and the importance that each plays in the real estate business.

Hal grew up in the San Francisco Bay area in a real estate family and has lived, worked and played in beautiful north Idaho since 1975. He and his wife, Candace, live in Coeur d Alene and are pleased to promote the wonderful region of the Inland Northwest.
Hal specializes in residential and second-home properties, as well as recreational and investment properties.
